Happ was an application for smartphones developed in an IBM Hackaton, Call For Code (2020). The problem should cover the Covid-19 related pandemic.

Chosen Problem:
Social isolation as a means of preventing contagion has generated significant impacts on mental health. The human being has socialization and communication as biological characteristics aimed at survival. Affected mental health can have impacts such as anxiety and depression.

Solution:
Using their free time to study and share experiences with people with the same interests, the community can record videos containing tutorials and classes according to the filtered interests. In addition to lives for real-time interaction, which can be restricted to preserve conversation participants.
The Home Menu brings only good news from around the world.


On the screens below the user has access to his diary, being able to post thoughts, letters to his future self and choose his "mood" or emotional state of the moment through emojis. A way to follow its evolution. Your publications can be private or unlocked. The app uses AI to identify which words were most used in each selected "mood", for example: When I chose the sad option, I used the words family, money, and neighbors more frequently in my posts. Which can be an indication that the person needs to improve their relationships and financial life.


Considering that mental health is a serious and delicate matter, the app always indicates medical and psychological monitoring and provides shortcuts with an emergency number.
